It’s been another busy two weeks and it’s down to one person because of it. No matter, the show must go on. This week’s episode is short and to the point. Two weeks left of the season and the races for the both Wild Cards, National League Central, and American League East are dwindling down. Andrew breaks it down and says who he thinks needs to step up in the last few weeks. No beer this week but rest assure that we are having one.

MLBeers Episode 25: Jubilation like Little Leaguers. 08/22/2017

In the podcast world, as in life. Consistency is the name of the game. There were moments that we didn’t want to make a podcast because of unexpected life moments or we were too tired to do it, but we persevered. We strive to do our best every show and we made it to another milestone in the podcast world. You can say the same thing about main topic of this show, Little League World Series and MLB Little League Classic. This episode is a short one but definitely something to celebrate about.

MLBeers Episode 24: #RallyCat Scratch Fever. 08/17/2017

“Rally” things have always been synonymous with baseball. Rally caps, Rally Monkey with the Angels organization, Rally Possum in Oakland, and the Rally Squirrel in St. Louis. All associated to one thing, winning a game or series from coming from behind. The Cardinals again had another “Rally” item this passed week, the Rally Cat. A key figure in their eight game winning streak. But is the Rally Cat going to still be a thing or just a fluke. Andrew and Phillip will explain that and the future of the Cardinals this season. Also, Giancarlo Stanton and Justin Verlander clear waivers making things interesting for trade ideas, and the MLB Players Weekend celebration. Of course, we will always have something “on tap” to talk about in the beer section.
